Greek oregano at 3% volatile oil delivers real flavor. A finish-focused seasoning for proteins that need brightness, not bark. It is green, not brown.

Ingredients

Dried Parsley, Dried Cilantro, Garlic (Granulated), Fine Sea Salt, Lemon Peel (Granulated, California), Red Pepper Flakes, Black Pepper, Dried Oregano (Greek, High Oil VO 3%).

Best On

Chicken, Fish, Shrimp, Grilled Vegetables, Grain Bowls, Pasta

How to Use

Apply right before cooking or as a finishing seasoning after. For shrimp, toss with olive oil before grilling. Sprinkle over warm pasta with butter. For an instant marinade, combine 2 tablespoons with 1/4 cup olive oil and juice of half a lemon.

Chef's Note

The Greek oregano at 3% volatile oil is the single most important quality decision in this blend. Most grocery oregano tests below 1%. At 3%, the essential oils are potent enough to actually impact the finished dish.

Pairs Well With

Apply Everyday as the base, cook 75% of the way, then finish with Herb & Bright. For seafood with heat, add a light shake of Flame.
